Parag Y. Shah is a criminal defense attorney in Atlanta, Georgia.  He graduated from Rhodes College in 2003 and went on to receive his law degree from Ohio Northern University in 2006.  In the same year, Mr. Shah began representing indigent clients in felony cases for the Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office.  In 2008, Mr. Shah joined the Law Offices of L. David Wolfe, P.C.  Mr. Shah is also a board member for The Georgia Criminal Defense Lawyers Education Fund, participates as a judge for the Georgia Mock Trial Competitions, and is a faculty member for the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program.  For more information on Mr. Shah, please click here.

 

At the age of 26, Mr. Shah released his first publication, "The Code," which has been widely acclaimed by prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, and law enforcement.  In March of 2008, Mr. Shah was featured in the GAPABA/ IndusBar Newsletter.  Mr. Shah has released the fourth edition of The Code and is currently working on his new book called "The Code - Civil Edition" which will be a pocketbook on Title 9 - Chapter 11 (The Civil Practice Act) and Court Rules.
